She led the end-to-end Australian retail entry of Bubble Skincare — delivering Priceline's biggest skincare launch ever, and expanding into Woolworths to reach 1,457 doors in just 14 months
Earlier in her career, she held commercial leadership roles at Benefit Cosmetics, managing complex retail portfolios and driving sustained in-store performance
Across her career, Alysha has worked with many of the world’s most influential retailers, including Woolworths, Coles, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, Sephora, MECCA, Ulta, Walmart, and Boots, building a unique understanding of what wins with merchants — and what scales.
She is equally comfortable at head office and on the shop floor, blending commercial rigour with genuine retailer intuition.
